BRPC... Who We Are
Who We Are: Frequently Asked Questions
- What are the worship times?
- Worship is on Sundays at 9:00 am for the multimedia service and 10:30 am for the
traditional service. A combined service is held in the summer from June through
August at 10:00 am.
- How do I find out what is going on at BRPC?
- Besides the Activities Page on the web site, pick up a copy of the monthly
newsletter, the worship bulletin insert and the church events calendar.
- How do I get involved in church life?
- Just show up and we'll do the rest. You will be warmly greeted and
welcomed into the worship service, group, class or activity. We are an
inclusive and welcoming church.
- Do you have opportunities for faith exploration?
- Absolutely, and you don't need a PhD either. We have various classes,
small groups and special events designed to help you explore and develop
your faith. We think of faith as a journey, so your questions and
uncertainties are welcome. We're still learning so we have lots of them,
too.
- How do I get involved with the ministry teams?
- If you like to sing or play music, the choir and praise team will be happy to
have you. We've enjoyed everything from saxophones to harmonicas in
worship. If you love to tinker and fix things, show up for a yard clean up
or fix-it day. If computers turn you on, jump in with the media team. Talk
to a team leader and she/he will give you the details of team activities and
the next meeting. Ministry teams are described on the "Leadership" page
under "Who We Are" on the website and team leaders are the elders listed
in the bulletin.
